Janet DeNeefes annual Long Table Dinner returns to Casa Luna in a celebration of the extraordinary healing properties of Balis herbs and spices. Held every year in July and December, the Long Table Dinners allow guests to enjoy an exciting feast of Balinese specialties to a limited audience. The vegan menu focuses on native plants, flowers and fruits from the Casa Luna garden and includes jackfruit curry, tempe with tomato sambal, banana flower salad, glazed roast pumpkin with coconut sugar, green papaya with crisp shallots, cucumber in roasted coconut milk, spiced coconut with lemon basil, all served with yellow rice and sambal. Desert includes coconut gelato and Balinese coconut cakes.
